Based in Devon, join us for a unique and refreshing weekend venture experience. Ranging from the canoe adventure, an opportunity to explore the beautiful River Dart tidal estuary which boasts a wide range of wildlife, to a combined adventure weekend coasteering and climbing on the rugged sea cliffs of Torbay. We will deliver an experience to remember, choose from- the canoe adventure, moorland exploration, white water canoeing, coasteering and climbing, caving and canoeing or we can tailor make a weekend venture package including your choice of activities just for you.

The Canoe Adventure - based on the River Dart in Devon, the canoe adventure is an opportunity to explore this beautiful tidal estuary which boasts a wide range of wildlife, including our commonly spotted seal, a variety of bird life, bats, and if you are really lucky otters. Open Canoeing is a magical way to explore the Dart and gives you the opportunity to paddle into some fantastic beach camp areas right on the rivers edge, which we will have all to ourselves for our nights camp. Throughout the journey there will be plenty of opportunity to learn the art of open canoeing as well as some basic bush craft skills so you can light a fire (without matches) and cook our dinner!

- Tent, sleeping bag, roll mat, bowl, cup, cutlery

The moorland exploration - based in Devon on Dartmoor. The moorland exploration is an opportunity to explore
Dartmoor's beautiful landscape and reach areas not accessible by car. Dartmoor is rich in history and folklore which adds to its majestic scenery and environment. We will be self sufficient throughout the journey and walk through some of the moors most varied environment, we will wild camp and you will have the opportunity to develop your navigation skills as well as your minimal impact camp craft. There is some fantastic birdlife to be spotted as well as the tales of the elusive Dartmoor beast!

White water open canoeing – join us for a weekend of moving water, rapids and fun, all in the beautiful setting of Dartmoor National Park. We will start on a section of the river that is fast moving with some gentle rapids to teach you all of the skills that you will need to progress to faster water with more technical rapids. We will cover skills in paddling on moving water up to, and including grade 2 rapids, personal safety and the use of throw lines, different methods of negotiating white water such as poling and snubbing, as well as enjoying the beautiful surrounding environment. All specialist equipment will be provided including boats, paddles, buoyancy aids and dry suits (on request).
We can help you to find accommodation in the surrounding areas and subject to availability we can access low cost bunkhouse style accommodation nearby.

- Shoes that can get wet, if you are bringing wetsuit shoes they will need to have a sturdy sole for walking
- Waterproof outer layer

fleece is the best option keeping you warm if it's wet

Coasteering and Climbing - combine a half day of coasteering with a full days rock climbing and abseiling. A great combination for a weekend of fun and adventure on the rock and in the sea!
Coasteering- based in Devon, is an exciting and adrenalin filled activity, one of our most popular choices. Coasteering involves a combination of swimming, traversing, scrambling and jumping from rocks into deep water. We can build the experience to suit your ability, age and braveness!
Climbing and abseiling- Based in Devon this activity can take place on our rugged sea cliffs, the granite tors of Dartmoor or at an indoor climbing wall. You will all have the opportunity to learn the skill of belaying as well as different climbing and abseiling techniques whilst testing your own courage!

Open Canoe day-based on the River Dart estuary in Devon, open canoeing is an opportunity to explore this beautiful tidal estuary which boasts a wide range of wildlife, including our commonly spotted seal, a wide range of bird life, bats, and if you are really lucky otters. Open Canoeing is a magical way to explore the Dart and gives you the opportunity to paddle into some fantastic beach locations where you can learn some basic bush craft skills and light a fire without matches! Throughout the day there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and practice the art of open canoeing.
Caving - a fantastic way to challenge yourself, explore our vast underground environment, and do something very different. Explore fossil passages, walk, climb, crawl, squeeze -
it's up to you where we go!
